Epperson Realty Group  Real Estate Agent TREC# 605946

Richelle was born and raised in California, but got to Texas as soon as she could and now calls the Austin area home. She is a local Real Estate expert who has had her Real Estate license since 2010. Upon joining the Epperson Realty Group, she obtained her Certified Condominium Specialist (CCS) designation and strongly believes in bettering herself through continued education. She is currently working towards her certification in Real Estate Negotiation.

Richelle brings a lot to the table with a strong financial background including 20 years of Business, Consumer, and Mortgage Banking for a fortune 100 bank where she specialized in Mortgage lending. Her family has a long legacy in the banking industry. Now she has returned to her first love, dedicating herself to helping families realize their dream of home ownership either in a traditional home or a condo.Condos are growing in popularity. They often offer a multitude of desired amenities and limit the amount of maintenance typically experienced by home ownership. They also require extra expertise and know how to navigate through to a successful closing. This is an area that Richelle and Epperson Realty Group excel in.

Richelle's education includes a BBA in Management from Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth, Texas. She was awarded the Dale Carnige Breakthrough Award for public speaking. Richelle's hobbies include baking, reading and strength training. She has done volunteer work for the Parkland Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and as a foster parent for lab rescue. She believes serving others is important and enjoys the gratification that comes with giving back to her community.

Buying a home is one of the largest transactions a person can make. It is important to have a trusted professional with you every step of the way where your interest is top priority. Richelle can be that person for you.
