If you're looking for a cool place to call home in south central Austin then be sure and put the condos in the 78704 zip code on your shopping list. Austinites love '04 because they can walk to the hip shops and funky cafe's on South Congress and South Lamar. There are always people walking around and hanging out. Some popular spots include The Continental Club, Home Slice Pizza, Jo's Coffee and Matt's Famous El Rancho.
Zip Code 78704 also has the great advantage of being home to several beautiful public parks, Lady Bird Lake and the recently completed 1.3 mile boardwalk that runs along the south side of the lake. Walk in the other direction and you'll be on grounds of the Long Center for the Performing Arts.
